Nikhil

productivity solutions. He has worked with several prominent Asian
companies in the manufacturing, fashion and retail sectors. Nikhil
holds a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and
an MBA from Hong Kong University . Nikhil oversees all technical
efforts and in 1998, started Interlink Systems in Hong Kong . |

Niraj Patel
Niraj
is President of Vipana LLC and has spent the
last 10 years researching automated systems, next-generation telecoms
networks and the intricacies of doing business in India. He founded
the company in early 2002 to address the growing necessity for scaling
knowledge-based processes. He has worked at Merrill Lynch and Goldman
Sachs and holds degrees in Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering and Operations
Research from Columbia University. Niraj oversees the business
development and product development efforts of the company.

Before
you consider engaging us, you should know that we are very
committed to what we do and that we take our responsibilities to each
other, to our employees, and our clients, very seriously. If you
are just looking for someone to address a tactical short-term task, we
most likely are NOT the team for you. But, if you seek a

the business owner commit to a measurable outcome. After that, if
you flake or renege, you have no recourse. We will pursue the
objective to its logical end, and only at that point will you be
allowed to disassociate yourself, but not before. This is our
personal commitment to you.
Why this level of commitment? Because of 3 primary reasons: 1. Business owners want progress with as little direct involvement as possible, if any, and 2. The people appointed to deliver the progress are awarded with no decision-making or budgetary authority. 3. You actually desire to conduct business and cannot afford mediocrity. We hate it and refuse to be associated with it.
We can smell it a mile away.
So,
please get in touch with us if you have a serious project. Don't
waste our time and we won't waste yours. But if you do
eventually contract us, know that when things go off track, we'll be
calling you and harrassing you directly. Only engage us if you
are really serious. We will follow-up, we will annoy, we will
ruffle feathers, we will irritate and even anger you when all is said
and done. We will be mean and you may swear at us. You may hate
us at the end of the engagement. But guess what? We don't
care and you won't either because that's how things get done.
That's why you should hire us. We are not yes men.
If we can do the job, we'll tell you and then execute. If not, no
harm done.
We'll take the abuse, but then we reserve the right
to give it as well. In the end, you will get what you asked
