DID Numbers and Number Porting
We offer geographic, toll-free and vanity numbers delivered over SIP. USA Toll-free numbers may be accessed from the US and Canada or restricted to a particular region as needed. DID's can also be setup for remote call forwarding to any number in the world. Vipana is able to manage the number porting process that migrates customers to your service and minimizes costs and disruptions.
Virtual T1
We offer virtual T1's delivered over SIP thus eliminating the need for costly analog gateways and local loop charges. To provide added value to our clients, we allow multiple DID pools to share a T1. Virtual T1's require a minimum 6-month term.
Managed Hosting and Colocation
We offer managed VoIP equipment hosting in our New York datacenter that has redundant bandwidth, UPS-fed power and a backup generator. Minimum commitment for rack-mounted equipment is a quarter rack with a 6-month time-commitment. We also offer half rack and full rack options.
Managed VoIP Termination
Our network has multiple redundant high-quality links to MCI, AT&T, Qwest and Focal and we offer premium A-Z SIP VoIP termination for any operator looking for high ASR's, low PDD and quality connections. We support the G.711 codec, G729 codec and GSM codec.
Our intelligent switches manage call routing to ensure that calls are re-routed over alternate connections if any routing problem happens to occur. Additionally, our network engineers frequently monitor and test routes in order to make tweaks to call routing priorities, thereby ensuring the highest quality connections and uptime. Since terminating accounts are prepaid only, no credit checks are needed to start using our termination services.

Calling Card Platform
We offer a fully featured calling card platform that supports Prepaid ANI, Postpaid ANI Prepaid Cards and Postpaid Accounts. The platform can be private labeled and features an integrated billing system, customizable IVR in any language, a customer care portal, reseller management, fraud management tools, PIN generation, master/sub-account hierarchies, job codes and security codes, advanced call rating features, least cost routing, and real-time reports.
